Location: Lockwood Mansion
5:00 PM - Arrival & Welcome
- Guests arrive, welcome drinks and initial mingling.
- Background music sets the ambiance.
5:45 PM - Food is Served
- Enjoy a variety of grilled delights and potluck specialties.
- Casual seating and eating, encouraging conversation and connection.
6:30 PM - Jam Session Kickoff (Indoors around the Piano)
- Guests with instruments start the jam session inside around the piano.
- Karaoke set up outside for those who want to sing along.
7:30 PM - Group and Candid Photos
- Organize a group photo shoot, capturing the spirit of the community.
- Continue with candid shots as guests mingle and enjoy the evening.
Mini-Interviews (Ongoing)
- Starting earlier on as guests are comfortable, videographer Brandon Burdette conducts mini-interviews using a clip mic.
- Guests can share their thoughts on the project and community throughout the evening.
9:00 PM - Album Announcement and Party Invitation
- Special announcement about the upcoming CHROMESTHESIA album.
- Cake cutting for "Show Me The Money" celebration.
- Invitation to the next party.
10:00 PM - Continue the Celebration
- Music, games, and socializing continue.
- Karaoke and jam session adjust as needed based on noise considerations.
11:00 PM - Wind Down
- Start winding down the event.
- Last call for food and drinks.
12:00 AM - Thank You & Safe Travels
- Final thank you from LEEVILLE, reminding guests to ensure they have a safe way home
