         1. Team Up with a banquet/holiday talent show (singing songs learned in Sept and October)
            1. Karaoke idea: We start with the organized group music and then have an open floor karaoke.

1. Capacity:

-Lee: organize and execute; need help facilitating meeting and event logistics

-Wesley: in a transition that makes it difficult to know what you can do in the future. I’m able to being more exclusive with worrying about chromatica mass choir. Ready to be transparent throughout the process.

-Plans to put name in the hat for MD for Hairspray in the spring with CTG

-Chris: Not as limited, Congrats on college! Side of big pic, building formulas, how we are gonna execute; don’t know how much time, but always here to support. Attendance depends on what is happening if other schedules conflict. Can do clerical stuff.

-Leroy: Creative and execution side; can help build infrastructure, but not the best in organizing. Able to help find resources, network, talent searching. Able to take something off team members hands.

About Lessons:

-We plan to host a referral list of teachers; a community music teacher directory

-We don’t have space at the cultural center.

How frequent: Decide at next WEEK’s meeting; as much, or every other. Possibly Tuesday evening option
